How to Access the Team Manager Online Portal
Touch Football Australia have now updated the MySideline Admin software we are using this season to allow team managers to log in and manage their team including the ability to view the team list. To do this, we need to give you access to your team through our Online Management System.
If you are playing in the team all you need to do is let us know which email address you registered to play with and we can give you access.
However if you are NOT playing on the team you will need to register as a coach for that team. Please follow the instructions below.
Step 1
Navigate to the following website:
https://profile.mysideline.com.au/register/
Step 2
Click on Coach, Trainer or Volunteer
Step 3
Find your team using the search box at the top. You may need to scroll through until you find your team in a Goulburn Touch competition.
Click on your team name, then click Register.
Step 4
This next screen will ask you to create an NRL Account, or if you have one already, log into your NRL Account and select your profile.
Step 5
Once your NRL Account is created and selected, complete the rest of the details to complete your registration. Make sure you click "Complete Registration" at the end of the process. You should receive a confirmation email. Please forward that email to us using the same email address you used to register, and we can link your account to your team.
Once your team has been linked, you will receive an email which will direct you to the Manager Portal. If the Portal doesn't automatically go to your team, you may need to log out and log back in again.
Once you are in you have 3 options at this stage to choose from
Team Lists - allows your to enter players who have played in a match.
Matches - shows your teams draw for the season
Attendance - allows you to select players who attend training sessions.
At this stage the best way to view your team is to click Attendance then Add List then Add Players. This will take to you a list of players who are already registered.
